This week in K3, we’ve been hard at work building our fine motor skills and practicing hand-eye coordination — all while having tons of sensory fun!
Our little learners explored how to use scissors safely and effectively. We started by cutting something fun and squishy — spaghetti! This sensory activity was a big hit and helped us get used to the motion of cutting with confidence.
Next, we gave our grass head friends a fresh new haircut! ✂️💇♂️ After planting them earlier this month, we’ve been observing their growth and learning about the parts of a plant — roots, stems, leaves, and even how they need sunlight and water to grow.
This hands-on experience combined science, sensory play, and motor development in one exciting project. And the kids loved every minute of it!
Stay tuned for more green adventures and growing minds! 🌿😊
