Journey of Learning and Play

This weeks in K3, we’ve had a blast working on fine motor skills, exploring the world of community helpers amongst other activities.

We started with an activity using alligator tweezers, where the kids picked up beads and elastic bands, practicing hand-eye coordination and precision. Then, we had a fun race competition with toy cars, where the children, dressed as community helpers, raced to see who was the fastest—learning about teamwork and the important roles that community workers play.

In another creative activity, the kids became artists as they painted moving balloons! This fun task required careful hand control as the children tried to paint while the balloons floated around, adding an extra challenge to their fine motor practice. It was a fun and dynamic way to hone those skills while being creative.

To wrap it up, everyone dressed up as their favorite community helper and role-played different jobs. It was a great way to understand the value of each profession and work together.

Our K3 students had so much fun while building essential skills, and we can’t wait for the next adventure!
