We are thrilled to share with you an exciting adventure we recently embarked on in our preschool class as we celebrated the independence of El Salvador. It was a day filled with learning, fun, and delicious food.
We began our celebration with a parade in which we proudly carried flags of El Salvador, and together, we marched around our school and waving our flags high in the air. After our parade, we gathered to learn about the vibrant culture and traditions of El Salvador.
Of course, no Salvadoran celebration would be complete without pupusas! We had a pupusa party where we got to taste this delicious traditional dish.
We had a blast, and the children left with smiles on their faces and newfound knowledge in their hearts.
