For our 3rd Period’s Integrating Activity we decided to do a project based on two subjects: Science and Social Studies.
In Science, students had been studying landforms and bodies and bodies of water, while in Social Studies, students learned about maps and their elements.
For this project, students had to desing their own island, including different landorms and bodies of water that could be found there. They also had to create a map of their island and later on, create a 3D representation of it.
